Common Questions
The system supports up to four levels: Operator, Master Agent, Sub-Agent, and Player. The maximum depth and commission pass-through rates at each level are fully configurable by the operator and can be adjusted without downtime.
Yes. Each agent has a dedicated portal to add players, manage credit lines or wallet balances, set per-player bet limits, and process manual deposits and withdrawals within their operator-defined allowed range.
Commissions are calculated automatically based on player NGR attributed to each agent. Rates are configured by the operator at each level. Settlements can be automated on a daily, weekly, or monthly schedule, or triggered manually.
